Partner Meeting 1 - November 13th - 14th 2014, Akureyri, Iceland
Before and after the meeting the partners will collect the information available about the procedures and sheets they use when sending students to a workplace.
Partners will also contact workplaces each at their homefront and ask if they want to pinpoint any special things we need to conisder when structuring the procedures we will design for a general model of the work needed when placing students in workplaces.
Launch the project, get to know each other or pick up where we left off at our last meeting. We will review the institutions, both so we will get to know the new partners and to review the institutions we already know. We will review the plans in the application and decide meeting dates and other practical things.
We hope we can get information about the different things we need to consider when designing the model for working with workplacements.
We will also hear about Quality Management Systems and how these help us to standardize the way we do our work.
Partner Meeting 2 - Hereford, England, March 19th - 20th 2015
In Hereford we did a lot of work listing all the things we thought we should include in the system we are working on.
Partner Meeting 3 - Harderwijk, Netherlands, September 24th - 25th 2015.
In Harderwijk we presented and reviewed the materials the partners had worked on. We had a visitor to our meeting, Hans Blankenstijn, and we visited a vocational school.
Partner Meeting 4 - Nantes, France, April 6th - 8th 2016
An agenda for the meeting.
During the meeting the partnership reviewed the WorkQual Manual. in detail.
We did quite a few changes after having discussed the draft to people from workplaces in different countries. In general the stakeholders had a very positive view of the manual and it was considered a useful tool to use as a frame when planning and sending students to workplaces for training.
